Help is needed in buying a telescope e-bay.?
Hi, I'm very new to astronomy and looking to buy a second hand telescope. Tasco is a 303012. D = 114 mm F = 900 mm. Coated Optics. The tripod of the same. Its going for £ 20. Is this a good telescope for a beginner? I have some bino, that are 12 x 50. Telepscope is going to give me a better view. Any advice would be helpful.
Ebay is not a good place to do something unless he knows enough about what to make your own decision what it's worth, or can afford to "waste" of money. On the other hand, nothing will stand solid enough a better view of hand held 12x binos, unless you live somewhere that never has high wind!
