Corinne Mills obtained this amazing photo of star trails above her cottage in Scotland on September 28, 2011.
Corinne took 72 shots of the night sky. She also provided us with the camera specs used:
Manual mode
Focus point is on cottage, then switched onto manual
F3/5
30 second exposure
ISO 400
JPG Fine
She then merged the photos through the Startrails application. Post processing was done in Photoshop CS5 to pull out highlights on star trails and some levels tweaked.
